Biography
Kamol Kongpientam is a litigation attorney and Barrister-at-Law whose practice spans complex civil and criminal disputes, intellectual property enforcement and corporate litigation. A graduate of Kasetsart University with Second-Class Honours, he holds a lawyer licence and Thai Bar qualification. Over four years, he has developed a strategic approach to conflict resolution, providing comprehensive counsel from pre-litigation strategy to courtroom representation.\nHis experience includes high-value lease disputes, consulting agreement arbitration and trade-name enforcement, where he has secured significant judgments and awards while defending against counter-claims. He also advises on corporate governance, drafts pleadings and handles court procedures across civil, criminal and administrative matters. Kamol's academic achievements include awards in moot court competitions and recognition as a "Young Ambassador" for the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court.
