Jirarat Jundee is an intellectual property lawyer specialising in trademark law and brand protection. She advises clients on trademark registration, management and enforcement in Thailand and serves on the Business Law Development and SMEs Support Committee, where she counsels entrepreneurs on intellectual property issues. Her practice is rooted in a belief that robust IP protection underpins brand credibility and sustainable growth in the digital age. Before joining Dej-Udom & Associates, she held senior roles at the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, including Assistant to the President, Head of Academic Affairs and Head of the Spokesperson and Public Relations Office. These positions involved policy development, professional organisation management and communication with government agencies. Her experience in strategic communication enables her to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients and to integrate legal advice with public-relations considerations.
