Founded by Professor Dej-Udom Krairit, our firm has grown from a specialist intellectual property practice into one of Bangkok's established full-service law firms, advising multinational companies across five practice areas and three working languages.
For nearly four decades, Professor Dej-Udom Krairit has built and led a firm grounded in technical depth, client commitment, and an unwavering standard of service.

Founder & Managing Partner
Est. 1986, Dej-Udom & Associates Ltd.
Professor Dej-Udom Krairit established the firm in 1986 with a single focus: providing rigorous intellectual property advice to international companies entering the Thai market. At a time when Thailand's IP framework was still developing, the firm built its reputation on technical depth and direct access to the regulatory bodies that shaped the system.
Over the following decades, the practice expanded in response to what clients actually needed. Companies that came for trademark protection soon needed corporate structuring, work permits for their expatriate staff, and eventually, representation in disputes. Rather than referring these matters out, Professor Dej-Udom built dedicated departments, each led by practitioners with genuine depth in their area.
Today, Dej-Udom & Associates advises in Thai and English across intellectual property, immigration and relocation, corporate and investment law, litigation and dispute resolution, and notarial services. The approach hasn't changed: understand the client's business first, then provide advice that accounts for how Thai law actually works in practice.
