Biography
Maneenuch Chansiricharoengul is a senior associate whose practice spans corporate consultancy and arbitration support. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has balanced front-end contract work advising on legal issues, drafting agreements and supporting business registrations with back-end dispute resolution, where contractual wording is tested in arbitration or mediation. This dual mandate reflects her ability to align commercial objectives with procedural rigour. As an arbitrator assistant to Prof. Dej-Udom Krairit, she supports construction-related arbitration cases by scrutinising submissions, preparing reports and memos, organising case archives and assisting with award drafting. These responsibilities require disciplined analysis, document governance and professional judgement. Maneenuch holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business and Tax from Chulalongkorn University with Second Class Honours and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Her combination of corporate and dispute-resolution experience allows her to advise clients across the transaction and litigation spectrum.
