Nattapas Kempusit is a litigation lawyer with experience in administrative, civil and labour law. Formerly a legal officer at the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission, he handled disciplinary matters, reviewed administrative orders and advised on procurement issues, developing skills in legal analysis and document review within regulated procedures.
