Orapin Piriyapanyaporn is counsel in the firm's Incorporation & Corporate Matters practice. She advises Thai and foreign-owned businesses on corporate and regulatory matters, with particular focus on corporate structuring, foreign business licensing, statutory compliance and ongoing corporate secretarial requirements. Her practice combines strategic support on complex matters with efficient execution of routine filings and implementation work.\nIn her role, Orapin works closely with senior partners on non-routine or high-impact engagements and independently manages day-to-day corporate maintenance in coordination with internal legal teams. She supports clients across the corporate lifecycle, including establishment, restructuring and dissolution, ensuring that documentation, filings and governance processes align with applicable legal requirements and commercial objectives.
