Shawn Krairit is Executive Director of Dej-Udom & Associates, where he runs the firm's day-to-day operations on behalf of the CEO, Prof. Dej-Udom Krairit, and leads its strategic and digital transformation initiatives. He oversees the firm's Immigration Department and serves as the first point of contact for foreign investors and multinational clients entering Thailand, assessing market-entry and ownership structures, immigration routes, and engagement scope before matters are taken forward with the firm's partners. Shawn leads the firm's legal AI strategy, including the integration of AI-assisted workflows across its intellectual property, corporate and commercial, immigration and employment, and litigation practices, and directs the firm's regulatory monitoring and publication programme. He manages the firm's business development with international immigration and relocation networksใ He holds certificates in International Business Law and Financial Management from Cornell University, an MSc in Cardiovascular Science from University College London, and a BSc in Clinical Pharmacology from St George's, University of London. He works in Thai, English, and Mandarin.
