Shawn Krairit serves as Executive Director of Dej-Udom & Associates, where he leads the firm's operations, strategic initiatives, and digital transformation programme. Working in close partnership with the CEO and the partnership, he oversees the integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern operational practices into a 40-year heritage Thai law firm. His remit spans the firm's intellectual property, corporate and commercial, immigration and employment, and litigation support practices. Shawn's day-to-day responsibilities include cross-departmental project management, oversight of the firm's daily Thai regulatory monitoring programme, and client-relationship support for the CEO Office's portfolio of multinational accounts. He represents the firm in its international professional networks across the Asia-Pacific region, and works alongside the partnership on cross-border matters that bring foreign clients into Thailand and Thai clients into regional jurisdictions. A central focus of Shawn's work is bringing operational discipline and modern technology into traditional legal practice. He leads the firm's internal modernization agenda, including the application of artificial intelligence to legal research and document workflow, the build-out of structured matter-management systems, the firm's daily regulatory monitoring infrastructure, and the design of cross-departmental processes that support the partnership's substantive work. Prior to assuming the Executive Director role, Shawn worked across the firm's practice areas, gaining direct exposure to the substantive work that now underpins his responsibilities for firm-wide operations and strategy. Shawn works fluently in English and Thai.
