Biography
Hataichanok Porramasetanatikul is an intellectual property associate concentrating on trademark and patent prosecution, with additional experience supporting IP litigation. She advises clients on securing, maintaining and enforcing intellectual property rights through practical, strategically aligned solutions. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours) from Thammasat University and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she received a merit-based scholarship. In practice, she manages trademark portfolios from clearance searches to application drafting and office action responses and assists with enforcement strategies such as cease-and-desist letters and administrative proceedings. She also supports patent filings, substantive examination requests and prosecution communications, working closely with inventors to coordinate patent protection. Hataichanok regularly assists the firm's litigation team by conducting legal research, analysing authorities and drafting pleadings. Licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand, she is known for her methodical approach, attention to detail and interest in emerging IP issues such as entertainment and cybersecurity.
