Biography
Kasamarat Sapsomboon is a junior associate in the firm's intellectual property practice focused on patent matters. She advises local and international clients on filing strategies under Thai patent law and assists with the preparation and submission of applications. Her role includes reviewing procedural requirements, navigating filing options and ensuring applications meet formal standards.\nHolding a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University, she brings a strong foundation in legal analysis and cross-border considerations. Before joining the firm she worked as a parliamentary assistant, gaining experience in legislative research, legal drafting and collaboration within structured environments. She also participated in an AFS exchange programme in Italy, broadening her cross-cultural perspective. Committed to continuous learning, Kasamarat approaches technically complex matters with a proactive mindset.
