Nipa Pakdeechanuan, Esq. is the firm's senior corporate partner and an Executive Director, with a practice centred on corporate law, incorporation, and start-up and market-entry matters. She advises foreign clients on the regulations and requirements for establishing and operating businesses in Thailand, with a practical focus on aligning corporate structures with licensing, regulatory and commercial needs.\nHer work includes leading legal due diligence for foreign companies entering joint ventures with Thai counterparties and supporting clients in obtaining the business licences, certificates and permits required across a wide range of industries. She has also handled registrations under the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States, assisting clients in navigating the applicable conditions and documentation requirements. Ms Pakdeechanuan graduated from Thammasat University in 1987, obtained a Business Law Diploma in 1998, and was admitted to the Thai Bar in 1990.
