Biography
Orawan Samuseneeto is an intellectual property associate with a strong background in IP law, legal compliance and contract management. She advises Thai and international clients on securing and enforcing trademarks and patents abroad, navigating complex global regulations and coordinating with foreign IP offices. Her role includes managing multi-jurisdictional portfolios, monitoring rights and resolving IP-related disputes.\nOrawan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Thaksin University and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Business Law at Sripatum University. She served as a legal officer at the Medical Service Department of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, where she handled disciplinary procedures, complaints and regulatory compliance. She later joined a multinational manufacturing company, developing expertise in legal compliance, data protection, anti-bribery regulations and employee training. This combination of public-sector and corporate experience informs her current work, where she provides clear, practical guidance to clients.
