Biography
Pimpair Pienpattara is a partner leading the Immigration & Relocation Department at Dej-Udom & Associates. A licensed attorney and notary with a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University, she brings over a decade of specialised experience in Thai immigration law, work permits and corporate mobility solutions. Her career began at the firm, where she mastered the intricacies of visa procedures and cross-border employment compliance, and later expanded through leadership roles at global relocation and corporate service organisations. In these roles she managed high-stakes immigration programmes, oversaw teams of consultants and served as the primary point of contact for multinational clients. She established immigration service functions, designed processes and coordinated with people, tax, accounting and payroll teams to ensure regulatory compliance, including Board of Investment (BOI) matters. Returning to Dej-Udom & Associates as a partner, she leads the department with a focus on proactive advisory services that remove barriers for talent and support business mobility. She is committed to sharing knowledge through training sessions and immigration updates, helping clients anticipate regulatory changes and operate confidently across borders.
