Biography
Saranarat Wisesla is a licensed lawyer and senior associate with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, cross-border transactions, alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property. A graduate of Queen Mary, University of London, she advises multinational and domestic clients on commercial contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and data protection. Her postgraduate training and law-firm experience have honed her skills in legal due diligence, contract negotiation and risk assessment.\nShe has supported arbitral tribunals by conducting legal research, preparing case summaries and assisting with disputes involving land purchase, share purchase and hotel management agreements. In corporate matters, she drafts and negotiates shareholders' agreements, leases, joint venture agreements and data-processing contracts and coordinates with share registrars on corporate actions. Her intellectual-property work includes advising on patent filings, design registrations and licensing.
