Worawut Krairit, Esq. is a Senior Partner and Executive Director of Dej-Udom & Associates, advising major Thai and international corporate clients across corporate law, customs, taxation, property, and intellectual property. Before assuming his executive role at the firm, he worked as a corporate tax and business consultant at SGV, the local representative of Arthur Andersen, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial advisory and regulatory engagement. Since joining Dej-Udom & Associates in 1988, Mr. Krairit has supported clients on complex, business-critical legal matters and has worked closely with numerous Fortune 500 companies in obtaining Board of Investment privileges. He is known for combining legal analysis with practical commercial judgment, helping clients structure and execute matters in a way that aligns legal requirements with operational realities. Mr. Krairit graduated from Thammasat University in 1975 and was admitted to the Thai Bar in 1976.
